This will cover restaurants, canteens, abattoirs,
supermarkets, markets and other food outlets and the data will be available
online for a period of one year from the date of the last inspection.
The website will have an interactive map of France
allowing you to search for a particular establishment by name or address. It
will also be possible to filter the results by category of establishment or to
browse the map. The result will show:
• the name and address of the business, • the date of the last inspection, • the level of hygiene with 4 levels: "very satisfactory", "satisfactory", "to improve", "to be corrected urgently". In the latter case the authority may order the closure of the premises pending corrective action.
