The story has been going the rounds in the French press about David Faure's restaurant at Nice becoming " Michelin starless" He is sure it is the innovative use of insects in the menu that lost him his star. Not the fact that he struggled to get staff and so service to diners was very poor.
Poor service and mealworms, would you want to drive to Nice for that?
