If anyone is looking for almond flour, Intermarche sell it in large bags (500g) as part of their Top Budget range for 5€ or you can make your own by grinding flaked or whole almonds - much cheaper than buying the tiny little bags of ground almond powder that you see everywhere.
Intermarche in Caussade also sell coconut sugar, which is in a lot of the recipes on the site Ali has recommended http://www.elanaspantry.com/
