Suspect in the Haute Savoie murders, a dealer in old guns

Une trafiquant d' armes  - an arms dealer but not as we would think of an arms dealer. This man appears to buy and sell old guns, like the old Swiss police luger which was of the type used in the killings of the British holiday makers. It is looking as if he is not involved in this murder but could be involved in gun sales.
Friends of the man say he is too stupid to have planned a murder although he does, hate foreigners and tourists. When he was a gendarme he delighted in  giving tickets to tourists, just for the hell of it!
Sounds a charmer this man!
