Cancer patients in Tarn and Garonne and Aveyron

Val says  I asked Helene if the scheme covered Tarn and Garonne and Aveyron and got this very positive response.
I also note that for cancer patients visiting hospital there is no charge being accompanied by a French
speaker.

Dear Val,
Yes, of course we can cover people in Tarn et Garonne and Aveyron, as some
of the active listeners actually live in the Aveyron, and the CSF covers the
whole of France anyway. I shall forward your e-mail to Penny Parkinson who
is in charge of Cancer Support France Sud and she will send you further
information about how to join the organisation if anyone is interested.
Obviously, as Cancer Support France is a charity, there is no charge for
accompanying people on hospital visits. Several of our members are either
bi-lingual or speak very fluent French.
Here is the CSF helpline number: 04 68 69 01 37. Calls are taken on an
answering machine and returned normally within 24 hours. There is also an
e-mail: helplinecsfsud@gmail.com
If you need any more help and information, please do not hesitate to be in
touch.
Kind regards
Helene
