Anyone from the North East of England would know that " Betty's of Harrogate" is a very up market coffee and tea shop and more importantly known for its cakes. Tudor who is from the North and here on holiday tells us that Betty's is gearing up for all the French visitors in the summer who will be following "The Tour de France"
Betty's is advertising for extra waitress staff with a knowledge of French, Eh! by gum.
The other very noticeable event is pot holes along the route are all being filled in, no "upsy daisy"wanted on the Yorkshire roads.
There has been some grumbling from the Yorkshire men " do we want these frogs on bikes clogging up our roads?"
