I eat a Paleo diet...which means, no gluten, no dairy, no sugar, no white starches...basically meats, vegetables, fruit, nuts and I feel fantastic. I follow a few blogs that are really good and have amazing recipes. Some things I have a hard time finding like coconut flour or coconut oil, so I have to order them from the UK.
