The sort of people we think you have to admire, bio farmers in our midst. At Cambou Mimi and Kevin, (I think that should really be Kevin and Mimi ) producing bio cereals for local bio farmers (like the Sticklers) to give their cattle and pigs. Sunflower seeds for animal and bird feed, so popular they are planting 10 hectares this year with sunflowers. Grown without the use of pesticides and of course the animals raised on these products are all bio and live their lives outside as country animals should.
Our donkeys certainly have no complaints and their spirits lifted this morning when they saw us arrive with bales of hay on the trailer.
