France and Bulgaria are the only countries in the world to have formally outlawed fracking.
The debate on fracking does go on though in France with talk of using propane instead of hydraulic methods. Please do not launch the country blindly into this with out thinking of environmental consequences.
The debate is hot in the UK, with the government seeking to change the laws of trespass to allow fracking underneath peoples homes.
