French lessons

Dear Val,

Having just come back from a meeting with many ex-pats at the Salle des Fêtes in St. Antonin this evening I am inspired to act! One of the issues raised was the lack of affordable French lessons. Unfortunately I am unable to offer my lessons for free as I am a working mum with a family to support, but I hope that the following may be of help and be affordable to all. In addition to my current lessons - two-hour group sessions at 17.50 Euros a session and individual lessons for 20 Euros an hour- and in the interests of providing an inexpensive service, I now propose to offer Friday morning group classes-beginners- 9.30-10.30 and intermediates 10.45-11.45 at 9 Euros per person (free tea and coffee!). The class size will be for six people and will run for ten weeks at a time. The 90 Euro course fee will apply as of the second week- those who do not feel that the class has suited their needs can therefore choose not to return to the second lesson and so will not be asked to pay- I just ask that people let me know. I currently teach a number of ex-pats and am pleased to say that their comments have been very positive over the last four years. I cover everything from day-to-day conversations with neighbours to asking for advice at the bank, doctors and the mairie. So come and give me a go! To book your place, please contact me at the following e-mail address- michelle.jones0311@orange.fr .
A bientôt!
Val says - not only is Michelle doing cheaper French lessons but she has made a donation to Via Sahel enfants d' afrique, many thanks Michelle
