Discourteous questioning.

At a press conference following a summit between Hollande and British Prime Minister David Cameron at an airbase in southern England, Christopher Hope, a journalist from The Daily Telegraph newspaper, was handed the microphone.
After first asking a question about the economy, Hope added: "Do you think your private life has made France an international joke, are you still having an affair with Julie Gayet and do you wish she was here?"
Val says I think this was downright rude and met with a polite refusal to answer.
The more I think about this, the crosser it makes me. You  know when you are in a restaurant or supermarket and you hear Brits being " crass" or rude, you feel embarrassed for our nation, well this rude question has the same effect on me.
Just googled the reporter

Christopher Hope

Christopher Hope joined The Daily Telegraph in October 2003. Since then he has been Business Correspondent, Industry Editor, Home Affairs Correspondent, Home Affairs Editor, Whitehall Editor and is now Senior Political Correspondent in The Daily Telegraph's office in the House of Commons.
Val says with all his experience one would have thought he could think of more meaningful questions. He is added to the TAG dislike list.
Is there anyone you would like to add to the list, barring me of course!
So far we have Dieudonne, Strauss Kahn, Gerard Depardieu, any of the le Pen clan, and now Christopher Hope, unless he redeems himself.
