Back early from Rehoboth, left Malc chatting to Mateen and many of the young men watching Spider Man, not my cup of tea.
The boys were glum. They had just been told that they would not get any money for the government for 2 months. A back log of work and no extra staff mean there will a two month delay. So hard when you are not allowed to work and you have no money in your pocket. I went to the PO with one to learn he still only had 1 euro 50 in his newly opened account. He had been hopeful his government money might have come.
I have to find a copy of the DVD King Kong, that is what they would like to watch on Sunday at the Mas del Sol cinema. I have a feeling I took our copy to the DVD swap. I know there were two copies of it at one time. Trying to occupy them without spending money is not easy.
The highlight of the evening which helped to cheer up the atmosphere was Malc arriving with cut out photos of each one with funny comments in French below their name. I had been a bit wary that they might not understand the humour of it, but gales of laughter ensued and the boys now want Malc to email the photos to each one.
