Thank you for adding me to the site - very informative and friendly. Val - for a hobby, I smoke english back bacon (french pork from Laguepie) and have a small band of ex-pats and french followers in the St Ant area. I normally supply around 6-8 kilos per month. Do you think that it would be appropriate to post a pic and details on the site? I certainly don't want to grow a monster or offend anyone but some of your members may wish to sample the bacon. It is very tasty, smoked over Apple wood and sells for 25 euros a kilo. What do you think?
