Bacon from Austyn

Have you been dreaming of a real bacon sandwich with fresh bread, delicious smoked back bacon and red or brown sauce? well dream no further as a retired Englishman is currently fulfilling those dreams to a small band of ex - pats in the St Antonin area, curing and smoking his own English style back bacon. The pork is sourced locally from a high quality supplier and smoked for nine hours over Apple wood and Oak. The price is 25 Euros per kilo  (minimum order of one kilo). Delivery will be to one pick up point in St Antonin and subject to availability. Fulfilment normally takes two weeks from placing the order. Please remember that this is a hobby and not an established business so supply can be limited. Orders can be placed by e mailing austyn@chh.co.uk - I can taste it already!
