Who loves cocker spaniels?

I am a boy, Val often gets muddled with gender. I am a year old and just adorable but at the moment I need someone to adore me. I will need a fenced garden to keep me safe, what dog does not?
I am pucced and vaccinated and a contribution towards this will be asked.

Val loves cocker spaniels as she was given one for passing the scholarship ( many, many years ago) She loves the breed.
