The visit to the mosque, a great success

We did not get to go to Montauban for their  mosque / mosquée open day but this

mosque /mosquée at Toulouse opened to everyone for the day was a great success we are told. I wondered if I went if I would need to wear a skirt and head scarf but I see women in the photo are wearing trousers and have bare heads. I notice also the lack of shoes. Is there always a fight at the door when leaving to find your shoes?

I noticed the boys last night all took their shoes off when entering here and up at Rehoboth change into flip flops quite often when entering.

So glad that the interchange of culture went well, it is by learning about each other we lose our fear and gain understanding.   Photo the Depeche
