Carla Bruni-Sarkozy, France’s former first lady, is to lead a French version of Band Aid to help fight Ebola in west Africa.The model-turned-singer will record Noël est là (Christmas is Here) with the label Mercury Music Group, which is part of Universal.
Bruni-Sarkozy will be joined in the fundraiser by Vanessa Paradis, Louis Bertignac, Lou Doillon, Jean-Louis Aubert, Zaz, Shaka Ponk, Izïa Higelin, Thomas Dutronc, BB Brunes and rapper Joey Starr.
