Making a protest at Montauban

Val says I noticed this story of the handicapped in the Depeche  and have often noticed the lack of handicapped facilities here.. but improvements are happening if slowly. In Varen we have a new town hall with access for the handicapped but we also have a tourist office / library with multi steps up to it making it impossible for wheelchair access. 
I campaigned in my branch library in England for a ramp as we had a handicapped school nearby. We achieved it finally but I remember the argument that " but you do take them a book out to swap when they arrive in their chairs" 
«Après 40 ans d'attente (loi de 1975) et alors que la loi de 2005 pour l'égalité des droits et des chances la participation et la citoyenneté des personnes handicapées instaurait le principe de l'accessibilité universelle pour 2015.
