Armour stolen a Belcastel

The medieval chateau at Belcastel, Aveyron (close to Rodez) houses several impressive collections, including suits of armour and weapons from 16th, 17th and 18th centuries. During the night of 4/5 November the castle was broken into and various arms stolen, The police say that the burglars were "well informed and well equipped".
The village will be familiar to readers not only for its charm, but for its famous restaurant and hotel.
