Over 1,000 readers yesterday again, just glad we had lots of interesting input.
We met in the cinema last night Dutch friend Brejte who was pleased to report that the book box opposite the Gazpacho was going well and had filled up with books in multi languages.
I had a conversation with Susan Pirie where she told me a French friend had felt the monthly book swap in St. Antonin should have a table with books for the French. I had discussed this earlier but with little response. Knowing that there has been such a comment we must react to it. I had a word with Nadette Curato and together we will find good French language books to take and make each month a table especially for these. The book swap after all is for everyone, it would be lovely if it developed into an international event.
