You know how long it took to re cobble the streets in Albi around the Cathedral and fountains, and how for months Albi was in chaos, with difficult parking and instead of being a charming city being a real eyesore.
Well it has now been discovered that the contractor has made a mess of the job and the streets and cobbles are cracking up... it will all need redoing. Before that the money needed to be reclaimed through the courts ( must have had more success than we did with our joiner) all this has just been on Midi Pyrenees news France 3. What a blinkin' shame.
