The donkeys hate this wet weather as do we, but remember at our house our likes and dislikes are secondary to our animals. Now that should get some gasps in to your cereal bowl, I do try to get responses!
The rain is lashing down again and to stop donkeys kicking in a small area I did not give them grey buckets this morning, just lots of hay. I left them munching in their dry stable and trudged back through streams and puddles over what we laughingly call our croquet lawn (we do play croquet, but it is not much of a lawn more a pitch)
Everywhere there are huge puddles even in the courtyard, no talking of blue skies today, just grey mist and raindrops falling on my head.
Are we down hearted ? no we are not, we are out partying tonight with lots of good chums and spirits are high at Mas del Sol.
Where ever you are in the world, think of something good and happy and stay cheerful. If you knew "our Annie" that would make you smile, works with me everytime.( remember, she is the champion runner who played the wicked witch in the school christmas play)
