Yesterday we celebrated with Mary Parkes her 88th birthday. Mary originally from Poland has lived in France now for many years and many of her grandchildren are now French, although there are others in the US. Mary still paints mainly portraits and plays boules every Friday throughout the year, a hotshot she is too.
