I could comment on all my running/races but that's too boring for most, so I won't......but I will say I won my age in Larroque 10k off road, I won my age in a 42k off road down near Tarbes and I got a personal best time (ever) in the Half marathon in Sapiac ( 1h 56) and won a bike. So I have had to find a trophy cabinet...!! So not bad for an "old" gal.

Val says this lady is inspirational having battled with breast cancer in the past, she has continued running and winning races to boot. We take our hats off to you K showing us how to live our lives to the full.
