The starred chef Christian Constant comes to Montech in November, back to the area where he was born. He will add to his group with the opening of a restaurant gourmand next to the canal with a beautiful terrace with more than 100 places. A site magnificent with a view of the Port and the boats passing He will change the menu with the seasons, will have a plat du jour and the price will be reasonable.
The chef of his Toulouse restaurant "Le Bibent" will be in charge. The name is not given yet but it will be at 25 rue de l'usine à Montech
Gosh it sounds good. We have eaten at this restaurant before with the old owners and it is in the most interesting and beautiful position especially if like us you are boat lovers.
