I was interested to read your readers comments about the lack of Internet Speed at Castanet, I have been in contact with two people from Cambayrac (next to Castanet) who are fed up too. One who wants me to install Broadband via Satellite because he cannot stand the lack of speed when the children are around.
I also looked at Degrouptest.com which tells you what internet connection options are available to you (based on your address and Telephone number) and what speeds they offer (theoretically). From that you can see that Numericable offer a high speed access to Castanet sadly i am told they aren’t best company in the world.
There may be another reason for the slow down – maybe someone else has been given a higher priority service or perhaps they are trying to get people to switch to Numericable...
