What a tragic tale for the parents of these two under 30 year old boys from Toulouse. The boys were indoctrinated into a militant fraction of the faith and ended up in Syria. One boy was killed in fighting in August, his half brother was blown up and killed on the 22nd of December. The second brother was on "youtube" proclaiming the true faith and telling Francois Hollande to get his troops out of Mali, etc.etc.
His father said the boy was expecting to die and told them to convert if they wanted to see him again in the next life.
Malc and I have been talking about the radicalisation of young men in Toulouse, like Merah who was the culprit of the terrible anti semitic shooting a while ago.
We are sure the radical leaders, must be monitored by French security forces but what is the factor that pushes young men in to becoming a fanatic?
