Is it a marvellous day or is it rose tinted glasses?

Do I see the mornings with rose tinted glasses? The weather forecast predicts a dull day with possible showers this afternoon.

After feeding the donkeys I lingered in the fields watching them as it was mild and dry. The hens came pecking round my feet where some of the grains of barley straw had fallen. Whilst the hens pecked those,  a cheeky blackbird came to eat the hens special food for  "poules pondeuse" / food for laying hens.
My weather forecast is mild and dry with all animals happy and everything at Mas del Sol wonderful.
TODAY is classed as Blue Monday when people feel depressed, not here in SW France though. Just heard that on TV at 8pm
