Busy, busy at the book swap.

What a busy morning . We left here in a flurry of dogs, books and DVDs as the builder arrived, the builder being Richard Tippett, mentioned in the side panel.
The book swap was once again busy with lots of new faces, lots of books and DVD's to chose from.
Penny Smith was there and was in constant demand for sewing work. We had a feeling her skills were ones that were needed.
Lots of chats, lots of smiles and laughs, great morning again.
I was asked so many questions
1) where would you get stones for a drive or path? We had our stones from Perry at Caylus, he has a quarry outside Caylus. Anyone got his phone number to hand? Someone has said you can get pebbles or stones from Lexos quarry, which you can of course. Perry at Caylus is bigger gravier / stones best for drives perhaps.
2) work needing doing, some small jobs, Simon Curtis in the side panel comes highly recommended
3) I have forgotten what 3 was so if you asked me something and it is not here, send me a mail.
4) work top for the kitchen was mentioned and I thought of Andrew Rust who fits out kitchens and lives at Verfeil. Can someone send his email or tel. number. Or other ideas for people who could fit
a new work surface
