Gregory Neveu opened his boulangerie in 2009 and has quickly earned a reputation for quality.
Now he will represent the region in the national contest to be held in May on the pavement in front of Notre Dame in Paris. Finalists will need to bake their bread in unfamiliar surroundings, using ingredients supplied - so it's the baker's skill which will decide. Do readers have their favourites?
