Donald Marcus was the partner of Patricia Wilson. The lady who went missing at Vabre Tizac after an affair with the gardener.
Mr Marcus was in England at the time having treatment for a degenerative condition. The body of Patricia Wilson has never been found and the gardener is still in prison in Montpellier awaiting trial. The problem is the affairs of the couple cannot be sorted out until Patricia is declared dead. At the time of her diappearance there was so much of her blood found in her kitchen that it was pronounced that she could not still be living. The subleties of French law are confusing Donald who in his ever worsening health state is finding very hard. These issues will be coming to court in the next few months.
