Call of the wild: le brame du cerf heralding the start of the rutting season is upon us.
The fierce cries and roars of mating stags, fighting off other younger deer to be the one to mate with the females will be heard here and around the fields and woods of Mas del Sol very soon.
The clashing of horns and cries have already been seen and heard by a neighbour and in the next few days the noise will not be missed echoing across the valleys.
Nature is wonderful.
