371 communes in the south, a quarter in the Aveyron were classed as having flooding reaching natural catastrophe levels in Sept and Oct. just announced by the minister of the interior, Bernard Cazeneuve in an official journal. I wonder as it is pronounced official if it makes a difference to insurance claims.
