In Toulouse the bikes are free. Montauban you pay a small charge to hire for half day, weekend , week etc. There are 9 stations to pick up the bikes. There are a few bikes electrically assisted but these are in constant demand and probably hard to get your hands on. Nice idea though cycling round the town.
