We were up early and knew we were going to give the donkeys a bit of grazing around the house.
Re-doing fencing takes a long time and it was 3 pm before we could safely let the boys and girls into the newly fenced area. Whilst we were there working the donkeys stood patiently waiting but when we stopped for lunch and went off, the braying started.
The new hard standing looks good, (thank you Kevin) and we are now set ready for any wet and inclement weather.
At 3 pm Malc and I sat and had a cuppa enjoying being with the troop.
The problem will come in the early mornings as the donkeys start braying when it gets light, a bit like a donkey braying alarm clock but one you cannot bang on the head to shut up.
