Tighten rules on hunting

I have to agree that rules for hunting needs to be tightened up. Personally I am not pro hunting but I understand that for some it is an important part of countryside management, although I would like to see that carried out by professionals who haven’t been drinking all morning and who don’t pursue the poor animal first with dogs.

As a horse rider I welcome the ban on Sunday hunting. It’s always been frustrating that as soon as the weather gets more agreeable and the insects stop biting, we then have the worry of the hunters.

I also work during the week and often on a Saturday, so I think I, and many people like me, also have the right to enjoy the countryside without getting shot.
