A Morning of Mindfulness

On the 28th of September I am running my popular Mindfulness workshop. The weekend before is the Autumn equinox and this workshop is a great way to prepare for the dark months of Winter when we have less light and warmth and when we can became a little down. This workshop is about giving yourself a few hours to be in awareness in the present moment non-judgmentally. It's a time to notice what is there in front of us and to be in the here and now. 

A Morning of Mindfulness.
This workshop is suitable for people who already practice meditation and people who are completely new to it.
Through a series of guided practices you will learn techniques to help with stress, chronic pain, exhaustion, anxiety, depression and irritability as well as just passing a few hours in a calm and tranquil atmosphere.

Saturday 28th September
10am-1pm (arrival 9.45am) An organic tea is provided mid morning.

The workshop takes place in a yoga studio with blankets, mats and blocks available (you can bring your own if you wish) and surrounding gardens.
Please wear comfortable clothing.
