A reminder that there is a sale in aid of Poor Paws and our LIBERTE DES ANES stall at La Sirene in Montaigu de Quercy, tomorrrow thursday 12th September from 11 am. Come and stay for lunch if you can.
Thank you to all of you who came along for our recent lunch, 50 people in all !! Many people wrote in to thank us for the lovely meal and different menu ! Our next lunch will be held on Thursday 26th September and it will take the form of a journey on the Orient Express with food from each country you pass through on the train ! I will send out the menu soon but please keep a space in your diary for that date.
Those of you who met Petronille, our new donkey, know that she has only been with us for a month. At the same time that we saved her we also collected a small, old, thin dark brown donkey. Christina kindly said she would take her to live with her 2 other donkeys. Well yesterday morning imagine Christinas surprise and delight when she went out to find a tiny donkey foal who had been born during the night !! I attach photos of NIGELLA who we think has been aptly christened. Thanks to your support this little old donkey Coccinelle was saved and also the life of her baby.
