Celebrating milestones

David and Margaret Atkins today celebrated their 40 years of married bliss. As all the guests  stood out on the balcony of their house, not far from us I might add, we enjoyed our drinks in the sun. David recounted 40 years ago in the UK on their wedding day there was a gentle fall of snow.
Malc remembered it was our 15th  anniversary date of arriving for our new life in France, which made David and Margaret remember it was also their 15 anniversary here.
Would any of us have done anything different?
Absolutely not, we all love our life in France.
