Sandwicheries : elles grignotent la ville
That is one of the headline stories in the Depeche, grignoter is snacking, so I suppose the town is snacking. Apparently sandwich bars are opening because of demand. Seems sad really I like the French having a decent two hour lunch at lunchtime. The thought of them grabbing a sandwich and taking it back to work to sit in front of their works computer seems a shame. Will they then pick up our habit of having an big meal in the evening? We are told often by our doctor to eat our main meal at lunch time.
