Just got back in after walking Bonny and having lunch at Verfeil to discover a plethora of emails offering money for the vets bills for the dead French dog. I am turning offers away now, that is so cool.( trying to use younger terminology)
My thanks go to Hans Buisjerd for offering to pay for adverts for a year and then to Victoria China, JaneWallace, Marion Watson and Sarah Brown. We have turned down offers from Stephen and Jackie Dowling and Linda Walsh. ( do not worry chums there will be other occasions !! )
So the couple did the right thing by the dog and we have shown our appreciation to them.
On the subject of the elderly lady near Castanet Anne Grose has worked so hard at coordinating a team and we really have to say a big thank you to her for shouldering this responsibility. There are now a good six or seven couples involved but the more the merrier so contact me if you are up for a bit of community service with an adorable intelligent lady.
