Outside the boulangerie today I met two ladies of the village that I could invite to our coffee morning. We chatted in French and they said they would like to come and I said not to worry the conversations would be in French ( however stilted)
Malc and I went into the boulangerie and Malc turned to me and said in English "what do we want, just a flute?"
The lady jumped on him and said "Monsieur en francais s'il vous plait et pour la madame felicitations, mais pour le Monsieur punition.
Gosh, how I enjoyed that and I keep promising him punition but he looks quite pleased, so gawd only knows what is in his mind. Sexy maids outfits and a slipper maybe!
