Cancer patients discriminated against

A  French cancer sufferers society has claimed that patients are discriminated against by banks and insurance companies when applying for loans or policies. Even those who have been cured for decades are obliged to declare their previous history and are either refused loans or have high insurance premiums.
A "right to forget" is being demanded and Hollande is sympathetic, but parliamentary time has not been found.
