Toulouse flooded

Toulouse is flooded in many areas along the banks of the Garonne, with many departments of the Prefecture being evacuated. Roads around many river areas were closed and houses and cellars were flooded.
Malc is shocked that I was not going to mention that our department is also at serious risk of flooding... I thought we knew that.
