A reader asked "do you think we should consider leaving France, the way things are going"
I certainly do not think you should do that, what you should do is get your French lessons booked if you are not already learning the language. If we integrate more by being able to speak to the French they will see we are not far removed from themselves and have more in common than they knew. Joining French groups for singing, patchwork, walking, pensioners groups ( if you feel you fit into that category!) etc. is also the way forward.
Do not talk about leaving, talk about joining in.
