New camera m A62 flashed 54 times in 3 minutes

Road works on the Toulouse periferique exterieure, the A62, are being marked by a new camera to enforce a temporary speed limit of 70 kph, instead of 90 kph elsewhere. A new exit for Borderouge is being built in the north bound carriageway and the perif can be particularly dangerous, but motorists are concerned that a lack of adequate warning is leading to excessive offences.
A video posted on YouTube showed the radar flashing 54 times in 3 minutes, leading to a motoring organisation asking the prefecture to annul the tickets until adequate signs are in place.
