A young man of 28 has been caught selling cannabis leaves in Toulouse, charging 1 euro a leaf, with his little enterprise he earned 1, 600 euros a month. He grew the cannabis in a serre / greenhouse and then did a delivery on his scooter.
He was committed to 18 months with 9 months suspended.
When we were at a festival at Verfeil, a friend said they could smell about 4 different sorts of weed! being smoked. So are all these smokers breaking the law in France, or is it just dealing that is the crime ?
