La Guépia, the occitan festival at Laguepie

This annual festival at Laguepie is a celebration of the occitan language, hard enough for me to learn French with out considering occitan. I do however love to hear it being spoken and sung. There are conferences, concerts, bals all week of the 6 th to the 13th of July. The leaflets are now in the tourist office and around the shops of Laguepie.
Bonny who was born in Albi, loves to celebrate her occitan heritage and she insisted on having a bandana for special events.
