Walking by the Aveyron this afternoon (lovely spring weather at last) the water is still running fast and the little island by the Moulin has emerged from the flood. But the channel is a bit too wide for Bonny to jump now and she usually has to swim across. Today she had to tiptoe across a precarious bridge made from a log jam in the channel. No such shenanigans for Eldo, who merely leapt across - four times just to rub it in.
