A dry day so far, no sun as yet.
Just watching the BBC news talking about ticks. The milder winter probably means we are in for a bad tick year.
Interesting that as the UK is getting milder weather they are now country wide suffering tick problems.
We have found two already on Bonny and three on Max the cat who seems to attract them under his chin. He can often be found sleeping on the bales of hay in the barn or in the long grass behind the barn and we think he must pick them up there. Our most useful implement is our tick fork bought from the vets many years ago.
